If electrons are found in the nucleus, then their positional uncertainity is quite small. This makes momentum uncertainity quite huge, resulting in a velocity greater than the speed of light, which is not possible as of now.

As you will find later, the electron can be found anywhere in the atom, even INSIDE the nucleus. There is a non zero probability of finding the electron at any point, even in the nucleus (although it is supposed to be zero at the dead center). The electron enters the nucleus from outside by a phenomenon called quantum tunneling.
